Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping will be available soon.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on eyelash products. All sales are final once your order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@ferrarilashes.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Order Issues: If there's an error with your order (wrong item shipped, missing items), please contact us immediately at info@ferrarilashes.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase before processing begins. Contact us immediately at info@ferrarilashes.com to request a cancellation.
